| 1. CONTEST SPONSOR: |
| This contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by JingleBox (“Sponsor”). |
| 2. ELIGIBILITY: |
| The Contest is open to Canadian residents (excluding Quebec) who are over the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, and agents of the Sponsor, and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, siblings, and persons with whom they are domiciled) are not eligible to participate. |
| 3. CONTEST PERIOD: |
| The Contest begins on November 12th, 2024, at 9am AM EST and ends on Monday, December 16, 2024, at 8:59 AM EST (the “Contest Period”). All entries must be received by 8:59 AM EST on December 16, 2024. |
| 4. HOW TO ENTER: |
| To enter the Contest, participants must complete the following steps: |
| 1) Follow the official @Jingleboxs Instagram account. |
| 2) Like the Contest post |
| 3) Tag three (3) friends in the comments of the Contest post |
| Limit of one (1) entry per person per day. |
| 5. PRIZE: |
| The winner will receive the following prize: |
| A $250 CAD Visa Gift Card. |
| Five (5) Jingleboxs (the “Prize”). |
| Total approximate retail value of the Prize is $379 CAD. |
| 6. SELECTION OF WINNER: |
| The winner will be selected by a random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The draw will take place on or before December 20, 2024. The winner will be contacted via direct message on Instagram. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of being contacted, an alternate winner will be selected. |
| 7. PUBLICITY RELEASE: |
| By entering the Contest, the winner consents to the use of their name, likeness, and city of residence for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. |
| 8. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: |
| No purchase is required to enter the Contest. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. |
| 9. PRIZE CONDITIONS: |
| The Prize is non-transferable and has no cash value. |
| The winner must accept the Prize as awarded, and any changes to the Prize will be at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. |
| The Visa Gift Card may be subject to additional terms and conditions as set forth by the issuing bank. |
| 10. GENERAL CONDITIONS: |
| The Contest is governed by the laws of Canada and the province of Ontario, without regard to its conflict of law principles. |
| The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend the Contest in the event of fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond the Sponsor’s control that may affect the administration of the Contest. |
| The Sponsor will not be held responsible for any failure of the Instagram platform or for any entries that are not received due to technical issues or malfunctions. |
| If for any reason, the Contest cannot proceed as planned, including due to tampering or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest. |
| 11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: |
| By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Instagram, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Contest or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize. |

| The Sponsor respects your privacy. Personal information provided during the Contest will only be used for the purpose of administering the Contest and awarding the Prize. By entering, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in these Contest Rules. |

| This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, participants release Instagram from any and all liability in connection with the Contest. |
