How does Jinglebox keep my ornaments safe?
Our product features dividers 2x stronger than standard cardboard to protect your ornaments from damage. Simply place your ornaments in the individual compartments, close the magnetic lid, and stack the Jingleboxes in a secure storage space.
What materials are used to make the box?
The box is made from high-quality, durable materials including reinforced greyboard and high quality magnets. The exterior is designed with festive patterns and colors to complement your holiday décor.
How many ornaments can the box hold?
Jinglebox comes with eight inserts and is fully customizable to fit ornaments of all shapes and sizes. On average it can hold up to 24 standard-sized ornaments (3” diameter). For larger or more delicate ornaments, the capacity will vary.
Is the box easy to assemble?
Yes – Jinglebox is designed for easy assembly, but you can watch our HOW TO ASSEMBLE video for further instructions.
Can the box fit under any size tree?
100% – We’ve designed Jinglebox to fit under all Christmas trees, artificial or real. However, please check the clearance of your tree to ensure a proper fit.
Is the box reusable?
Absolutely! The box is designed to be durable and reusable. You can use it year after year to store and protect your ornaments, making it a sustainable choice for your holiday needs.
What is your return policy?
Any Jinglebox products purchased from Jinglebox.ca or Jingleboxs.com can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date. The return shipping cost will be paid by the customer. Please find full instructions to RETURN A PRODUCT.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for orders over $30. For all other orders, it will automatically be calculated at checkout based on your shipping location.
Where do you ship to?
We offer shipping to all provinces in Canada and all US States (excluding Hawaii). Shipping times will vary by location.
