Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We hope you love your Jinglebox, but if you need to return your purchase please review our return policy below:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition complete with all pieces and packaging. Returns are only accepted within 14 days of the purchase date.

To initiate a return please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to obtain an authorization form. Please note customers are responsible for all shipping costs.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It can take up to 10 business days to process.

If 10 business days have passed and you still have not received your refund , please contact us at [email protected].

Sale items

If your purchased your Jinglebox when it was on sale, you will receive a refund in the amount of the discounted purchase price.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected].

Shipping returns

You are responsible for paying shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
